At RSM, we support businesses through some of their most critical moments. As a Manager in our Brisbane Restructuring & Recovery team, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality insolvency, restructuring and advisory services while leading and developing the next generation of professionals.

The Opportunity
As Manager, you'll lead a portfolio of personal and corporate insolvency engagements while working closely with Partners and senior stakeholders. You'll provide technical expertise, mentor junior team members, and ensure matters are delivered efficiently and to the highest professional standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate a range of corporate and personal insolvency appointments
- Lead engagement planning, execution and delivery
- Provide specialist restructuring and insolvency advice across the firm
- Supervise, mentor and develop junior team members
- Ensure compliance with statutory obligations and critical deadlines
- Conduct investigations and interviews with directors and bankrupts
- Liaise with financiers, lawyers, agents, auctioneers and other stakeholders
- Review and prepare formal reports, correspondence and stakeholder communications
- Oversee asset realisations and engagement outcomes
- Prepare and review complex financial analysis and investigative reports
- Identify and resolve technical and commercial issues
- Share industry knowledge and best practice across the team
- Contribute to business development initiatives and market presence
About you:
Essential
- Business, Commerce or Accounting degree
- CA or equivalent professional qualification
- 5+ years' experience within restructuring, insolvency or professional services
- Previous experience leading and developing team members
- Strong technical insolvency knowledge
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
Desirable
- Completed ARITA Insolvency Education Program
- Business development and client relationship experience
