Our client are looking for multiple Sales and Service Consultants to join their successful team based in Brisbane. This role offers flexible working benefits that provides an opportunity to work both from your home and in the South Brisbane office. You will be the first point of contact for new and existing customers and will be focussed on converting enquiries into sales and retention outcomes. We are recruiting for the below shift, please note that this will be on a rotating roster arrangement:

Monday to Friday - 8am - 8pm

Your new role
  • Working in a call centre role, you will be handling a high volume of inbound calls daily in a fast-paced environment
  • As first point of contact to new and existing customers, you will be required to provide insurance solutions and manage complex enquiries
  • Deliver fantastic customer experiences
  • Upselling and cross selling products and services
  • Sharing knowledge and expertise on products and services
  • Meeting compliance and quality measures in addition to achieving KPI targets
What you'll need to succeed
  • Experience achieving results, meeting targets and exceeding KPIs
  • Ability to work autonomously in a virtual working environment
  • Customer service experience, including managing complaints and complex enquiries
  • Experience can be from contact centres, sales, hospitality, retail and/or others
  • Traits such as initiative, resilience, courage and the ability to problem solve
  • Strong technical skills and computer literacy
  • Ability to be agile and work in a structured, fast-paced call centre environment
  • Must be available to work in office and from home
