KPMG's IT Services team have an opportunity for an experienced Customer Experience Team Leader to join the team and work closely with the Deskside Services Manager to ensure the delivery of high quality IT User Support Services from Canberra and Adelaide



Your new role
  • Managing up to 4 staff in Canberra and Adelaide
  • ITS Relationship management of the Canberra and Adelaide offices
  • Travel opportunities to Melbourne and Adelaide
  • Reporting of Service Support statistics to the Deskside Services Manager


You bring to the role
  • Ideally experience in as a Service Desk Team Leader
  • You enjoy meeting people and building relationship with customers
  • Experience in tech support or customer service
  • You can communicate technical concepts in layman's terms
  • You share a passion for technology
  • Experience using and supporting Windows 8.1 and Office 2013 highly regarded
