This company based on the Gold Coast is one of Australia's leading mortgage lenders and they are seeking a permanent full-time Client Retention Officer to support and liaise with clients and key account holders. Salary on offer is $60K + Super.
Your new role
Reporting directly to the team leader of customer care, you will be responsible for client retention and renewal, communicating primarily with the company's various broker and funder clients. Not only will you respond to incoming enquiries, you will also engage in proactive outgoing engagement, contacting clients to secure brand loyalty and retain customer relationships. Additionally, you will ensure minimum satisfactory business margins are met.
What you'll need to succeed
You may have a degree or background in Accounting / Finance or Banking OR maybe you will have worked previously in a bank or financial services institution and possess experience and skills as follows:
- Experience or understanding of homes loans / mortgages
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to process numerical data
