The Role
The purpose of the role and your unique contribution is to acquire, process and analyse tactical and strategy intelligence in a timely manner and in an appropriate format. This role provides tactical/ operational intelligence support which will drive insights and produce actionable intelligence.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide specialist intelligence expertise and knowledge
• Use logic, analysis, judgement and systematic approaches to gather, evaluate, interpret and determine accuracy and relevance of data, or other information
• Identify and use principles, rules and relationships to construct arguments or interpret facts, data of other information
• Develop new insights into situations and apply innovative solutions to improve processes
• Share information and knowledge to achieve results, including knowledge sharing/mentoring of Fraud Intelligence Analysts to assist in upskilling
• Develop collaborative information and knowledge sharing networks and build alliances with colleagues and counterparts
• Identify, develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Liaise with relevant industry bodies
• Integrate evidence/information, evaluate priorities and alternatives, and assess similarities and differences in data to develop findings and conclusions
• Apply tools and methods to substantive discipline, domain or area of work. Adapt existing tools and/or methods or employ new methodical approaches required for substantive discipline, domain or area of work
• Express concepts, facts or other information effectively to individuals or groups considering the audience and nature of the information (technical, sensitive, controversial)
• Communicate information in a succinct and organised manner in the proper format. Produce written material that is appropriate for the intended audience
• Develop, receive and convey information using appropriate applications
• Deliver clear and convincing oral presentations using proper briefing protocols
• Produce outcomes and products that highlight interrelationships amongst customers, third parties, providers and suppliers to maximise its ability to protect and defend IAG against fraudulent conduct
• Adopt behaviour and work methods in response to new information, changing conditions or unexpected obstacles
• Adjust rapidly to new situations warranting attention and resolution. Be open to change and new information
• Question conventional approaches and support an environment that encourages innovative ideas

Skills & Experience
• Experience working within a tactical/operational intelligence framework
• Analysis, problem solving and effective decision making
• Practical knowledge of relevant laws, legislations and codes
• Well-developed Presentation and Briefing skills.
• Well-developed report writing skills.
• Well-developed tactical/operational analysis skills.
