Applications support specialist job for a leading Australian software firm based in Melbourne's south east. Your new company

Working in a specialist level 2 team, you will provide high level applications support either for clients using their accounting software, or specialising in the support of their market leading ERP solutions. In this role you will be the liaison point between the customer and the back end technical specialists, with responsibility for managing incidents and escalations. What you'll need to succeed
You will use your high level customer service skills to provide quality troubleshooting for external customers, whilst also supporting the needs of internal technical teams. You will work with a range on internal teams to address issues, including the service desk, NOC, Product Managers and Account Managers, necessitating an ability to communicate clearly with a range of stakeholders. ITIL certifications would be preferred, whilst experience supporting ERP or accounting software such as MYOB would be highly desired. Furthermore, any experience in the automotive industry would be looked upon favourably. What you'll get in return
