Community Manager

A fantastic opportunity is currently available for a passionate Community Manager to join an Australian owned retail brand.

Reporting into the Digital Marketing Manager, this role will be responsible for creating engaging content that drives customer engagement and contributes to sales growth through social amplification.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create engaging content for all social media platforms
  • Act as a primary contact for customer service through social channels
  • Execute the social media strategy based on the development with Digital Marketing Manager
  • Manage the social content calendar and post content regularly in line with the content calendar
  • Monitor all social platforms and encourage ongoing engagement between audience and brand
  • Collate weekly reports on relevant metrics

Key Attributes:
  • Strong understanding of brand and content
  • Paid advertising experience is essential
  • Proficient copywriting skills
  • Demonstrated experience building brands on social media
  • Experience using various social media measuring tools
  • Customer centric
