Are you an Intermediate Accountant looking for your next step within a well-established and highly regarded accounting firm in Gippsland? This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful accounting and advisory practice with a strong presence across the Gippsland region.

Working alongside an experienced team of accountants and advisors, you'll have the opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of clients, build strong relationships and continue developing your technical accounting and taxation skills.

The role will suit an Accountant with a few years of Australian Public Practice experience who is ready to take more ownership of their work, develop their client relationships and progress their career within a supportive and collaborative team.

About You:

• CA or CPA Qualified, or currently studying towards your qualification
• 2-5 years' experience working within Australian Public Practice.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce or a related discipline.
• Experience preparing financial statements, tax returns and Business Activity Statements.
• Exposure to a range of entity types, including Companies, Trusts, Partnerships and Individuals.
• Strong understanding of Australian tax and accounting principles.
• Experience working with small to medium-sized businesses and the ability to understand their broader commercial needs.
• Ability to work autonomously while also contributing to a collaborative team environment.
