Role Overview
Domain Mission:

  • To enable safe and secure growth in ANZ’s banking and technology services for our community.

  • Educate, advise and provide thought leadership to our community to build trust and exceed customer expectations and regulatory requirements
As a Portfolio Analyst you will support the Portfolio Lead in providing guidance and oversight to ensure the Domain achieves its objectives (performance, financial, customer, people, risk/process). You will provide advisory services to enable the Domain to understand insights and opportunities for improvement.

Some of the key focuses of this role (but not limited to) involve:
  • In consultation with stakeholders, define standardised performance metrics across the Domain using industry best practice
  • Providing oversight and reporting of delivery performance, investment finance, resource utilisation
  • Providing insights using data from multiple sources and tracking against agreed metrics to provide accurate and timely information to stakeholders
  • Assist in influencing prioritisation within the Portfolio
  • Develop and maintain Workforce Strategy across the Portfolio /Domain and shape a long term workforce management capability
  • Provide oversight of any risk or audit issues across the Domain

What will you bring to this role?
  • Working knowledge of technical change processes, finance, Vendor management, performance management
  • Ability to synthesis information from multiple sources to produce meaningful reporting, insights and action plans
  • Have good understanding of technology as a whole and Security’s role in the bank
  • Good understanding of the tools that support the role, including Jira, Confluence and PPM
  • Ability to effectively communicate ideas in a consumable format with supporting action plans
  • Experience in building professional relationships to realise the Domain strategy
  • Influencing skills across a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Good knowledge of security architecture, tools, applications and integration.
  • Experience in supporting a business or department
