Your goal and key focus will be to ensure full optimisation of all technology across the frontline Retail environment at NAB. Working closely with General Managers, Directors & technology peers you will drive initiatives that address pain-points and introduce innovative efficiencies, all focused on delivering great outcomes for our customers and frontline staff.

As well as having strong stakeholder management skills and a customer focused attitude, you will also encompass a good blend of operational and technical skills including a sound knowledge of ITIL and workflow automation in either Remedy OR ServiceNow.

The Frontline Technology Team maintain a great working relationship with the Retail and Business Banking businesses and are accountable for the delivery of all technology services to branches and other customer-facing teams so your opportunity to make a difference is broad!

Working with state-of-the-art technology and innovative vendors you will use your business acumen and strong relationships to join the dots for the business to deliver great efficiencies and innovative solutions

Your new role awaits

As an experienced Consultant across Optimisation you will work with IT Teams to resolve and to prioritise issues and opportunities. Understanding the Retail/Financial business is key to the success of the role, being able to join the dots between innovation across the Front-line teams.

You will also be a strategic thinker to take NAB to the next level in banking.

Your experience:
  • Experience in a role that Optimises technology in a continuous improvement capacity
  • Proven experience across Tech Transformation
  • Sound ITIL and operations experience is a must
  • Strong Stakeholder Management at GM Level
  • Strong Customer Service focus
  • Banking experience preferred OR Retail (working in NAB Retail Branches)
  • Technical domain expertise in BMC Remedy OR Service Now is a must
  • Strong Vendor management and negotiation skills
  • Agile development practices experience
  • Strong Technology and Business stakeholder management
