Senior Manager Business Insights and Data Analytics
Join leading industry superannuation fund experiencinmg significant growth and work alongside the best talent in the industry!Following a recent restructure and rapid growth in the fund, Cbus is now expanding and developing a corporate strategy team as a part of a combined Strategy and Business Insights function, headed by a Group Executive. Reporting to the Head of Strategy & Business Intelligence, the Senior Manager BI & Data Analytics will lead an established Business Insights team.
The BI team as a centralised function provides high quality analysis and reporting for internal customers, producing trusted data and insights used to guide strategic planning, increase insight into business operations, support business development and drive innovation in leveraging data to create value.
The Senior Manager BI & DA is responsible for developing and managing the Business Intelligence and research function for the fund whilst working closely with Head of Strategy to provide analytical based recommendations on strategic issues. Further stakeholders include Board and Board Committees, CEO & Group Executive, Management and departmental users.
The successful candidate will have lead a high performing BI function and team, demonstrating a strong focus on providing trusted data analysis to lead strategic business decisions. An ability to innovate and expand business insight capabilities through process improvement, develop and maintain technology, processes, methods and tools.
