You & your new role

NAB Enterprise Security sees strategic importance for NAB, Industry and the Nation in developing, managing and driving value from private and public partnerships. This role is responsible for managing NAB Enterprise Security's Private and Public Partnerships program, which aims to establish, expand and drive outcomes via domestic and international partnerships with private sector, public sector and education.

Flexible Location: Melbourne - Canberra - Sydney

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and evolve a holistic partnership framework in consultation with other NAB Enterprise Security stakeholders
  • Act as central liaison and coordination point between NAB Enterprise Security functions and partners
  • Act as central point of coordination, tracking and reporting of all partnership relationships, initiatives and opportunities
  • Ensure partnership progress reporting is timely, accurate and milestones are delivered
  • Leverage the partnership program to deliver tangible improvements to NAB, Industry, Nation, Customers and the public
  • Ensure NAB is represented favourably in private and public-sector forums and events
  • Liaise with Regulators where necessary

What you will bring:
  • Knowledge of cyber-security processes and frameworks, such as ISO27000 series, NIST, COBIT
  • Awareness of banking/finance compliance obligations and linkage to processes, including CPS234, MAS TRM, PCI DSS
  • Experience with process management, measurement and optimisation in large/complex organisations Previous experience with Government
  • Familiarity with process and maturity frameworks, such as ITIL, CMMI, Six Sigma
  • Security clearance (preferred)
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, negotiation, documentation and communication skills
