Your new role
We are seeking an experienced TechnologyOne Functional Specialist to support, configure, and optimise the TechnologyOne CiA Corporate Enterprise Suite (CES) platform. Acting as the subject matter expert, you will work closely with business stakeholders, vendors, and project teams to deliver functional solutions that improve business processes across Finance, Asset Management, and Procurement domains.
You will play a key role in translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring the effective operation of critical enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Stakeholder Engagement
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document requirements.
Translate business needs into functional specifications and system solutions.
Provide effort estimates and technical input to support prioritisation and delivery planning.
Partner with business units to ensure solutions align with organisational objectives.
TechnologyOne CES Configuration & Support
Configure, maintain, and enhance TechnologyOne CiA CES modules.
Act as the functional and technical SME for TechnologyOne applications.
Manage user roles, security profiles, and system access controls.
Support application integrations and ensure adherence to enterprise architecture standards.
Work closely with vendors and delivery partners to ensure high-quality outcomes.
System Optimisation & Continuous Improvement
Drive ongoing system improvements, stability, and performance optimisation.
Identify opportunities to streamline business processes and improve user experience.
Support troubleshooting, issue resolution, and application support activities.
Ensure enterprise applications remain reliable, secure, and fit for purpose.
Testing, Deployment & Change Management
Support UAT planning, defect management, and testing activities.
Assist with go-live preparation, cutover planning, and post-implementation support.
Implement system changes in accordance with organisational change management processes.
Maintain technical and functional documentation.
Training & Knowledge Management
Develop training materials and user guides.
Create and maintain knowledge base articles and support documentation.
Support business users through training, system adoption, and ongoing guidance.
What you'll need to succeed
Skills & Experience
Proven experience supporting and configuring TechnologyOne CiA CES solutions.
Strong experience with TechnologyOne BPA, ETL processes, Crystal Reports, and XLOne Reporting.
Experience integrating enterprise applications and ERP platforms.
Strong understanding of APIs, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, and integration frameworks.
Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), SharePoint, and Office 365 Administration.
Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
