Unit Registry - Client Executive
This position's key responsibilities is to review, provide oversight and support to all Citi's off shore centres whilst providing local support to clients and business partners. These off shore centres are an extension of the Operation therefore excellent communication skills are a key requirement within this role. 

The review and oversight responsibilities will include but are not limited to investigating and resolving all transactional /client enquiries, reviewing KPI's/KRI's ensuring all SLA commitments have been met whilst ensuring all monitoring requirements meet the Asia Pacific Outsourcing Governance Policy. 

This individual will ensure all current and future client requirements are met, including system development, process mapping and addressing all risk and control matters. They will be involved in process improvement projects ensuring efficiencies are gained in a controlled environment and will assist with the implementation of new funds. 
Training within the unit is also a key component, ensuring that staff are cross trained on Transfer Agency processes/across systems whilst ensuring their own individual development is on track. This individual will play a role in building new client relationships as well as servicing existing client relationships. 

This individual will also be required to be crossed trained in various areas within Funds Administration to provide support/back-up coverage to team members.
  • Review and monitor all day to day activities managed out of the Citi Service Centres.
  • Review operational impact of changes in legislation, inclusive but not limited to FATCA/CRS
  • Review and support all implementations pertaining to Unit Registry
  • Provide support for investigating/clearing all exceptions/breaks in a timely manner and ensuring any aged items are escalated via the proper channels.
  • Provide support to client service for all matters pertaining to Unit Registry
  • Participate in client service reviews
  • Provide support for all necessary governance reporting.
  • Provide transactional processing support for respective products.
  • Provide oversight, training and support to our off shore centres.
  • Provide effective and pro-active communication  to all our off shore centres, other stakeholders  and clients
  • Provide creative solutions to reduce errors and to ensure adherence to audit and control policies.
  • Provide back-up coverage for team members and assist team members during high volume periods.
  • Respond to queries raised by internal stakeholders as well as clients.
  • Meet reporting deadlines in accordance with the client's requirements.
  • Participate in quarterly MCA reviews

  • Advanced knowledge of Unit Registry/Transfer Agency concepts.
  • Ability to meet client deliverables accurately and on time.
  • Proficient in the use of MS Word and Excel.
