AMS - Client Services, Senior Associate
Core Responsibilities
  • An escalation point in AMS for asset managers and internal & external clients
  • Drive customer experience e.g. Lead service meetings with clients as well as creating MIS reporting
  • Annually review AMS Standard Operating Procedures & create new ones when necessary
  • AMS lead on global and local projects, business and regulatory changes
  • Lead the onboarding and transitioning of new clients and funds by representing AMS in intra bank meetings
  • Actively contribute in team meetings and share information internally & outside immediate team
  • Together with other Senior Associates, plan, deliver training and coaching new staff
  • Be an AMS representative in meetings with various bank organisations, e.g. COEs
  • Coordinate collation of regulatory documentation
  • Ensure team is achieving deliverables: Daily Risk Reporting; Weekly Control Report; Attending service meeting
  • Plan, prepare & hold 1:1 meetings at least once a fortnight with team members (where required) ; or, provide performance feedback to other authors of PPR
  • Timely & accurate investigation and resolution of broad range of queries raised by asset managers, external as well as internal clients
  • Work well under pressure by prioritising intra-day enquires based on market deadlines, risk and volume
  • Handle complex issues and escalate as needed acting with a sense of urgency
  • As owner the client service experience for internal & external clients, actively establish and maintain strong relationships with them
