The work undertaken here covers a range of areas from leading and supporting the firm through the build or adoption of new technology, to protecting against risk, and delivering valuable data insights that transform our tech capabilities.
As a Junior Support Technician in our Audio Visual team your impact will be seen by:
- Coordinating of testing and verification of AV devices
- Helping stakeholders to troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues
- Supporting stakeholders connecting to AV and guest Wifi Service
- Collaborating with a variety of teams nationally to restore service
You have a background in customer service and are skilled in basic foundations of AV technologies and demonstrate proficiency with using Windows, MacOS, iOS and Android devices. You have good foundational troubleshooting skills and as an effective communicator, you thrive working part of a team and have a willingness to learn in the area of AV. Passionate about being at the forefront of change, you're ready to help our Technology and Firm Operations team enable all areas of our firm to deliver meaningful value to clients.
