Kelly Services is seeking an experienced Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist or Account Manager to join our prestigious client onsite in North Ryde.

Kelly Services is a Fortune 500 company respected for their longstanding foothold in the industry as market specialists operating under 11 successful divisions, a global footprint spanning 37 countries and offices in each major city Australia wide.

If you have excellent communication skills, 3 to 5 years experience in the recruitment arena and love account management, then you will love this new position. The role is an even 50% split between hands on contract and permanent recruitment in the Professional White Collar space and 50% maintaining key client stakeholder management.

The role:
  • The role recruits and places candidates in line with Kelly quality systems and procedures according to our clients' criteria to meet Kelly sales, profit and other business objectives.
  • Secure a sound understanding of client recruitment needs.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service standards to both internal and external customers.
  • Minimise risk to Kelly through proper management of client and candidate requirements in accordance with policies, procedures and legislation.
  • Maintain a contact cycle with newly placed candidates and clients to foster retention.
  • Talent Pipelining
  • Negotiating Pays and Conditions
  • Screening, Interviewing & Reference Checking
  • Candidate Management/Induction
  • Managing Client Site Requirements
  • Oversee Payroll Issues

  • Prior experience in internal recruitment, talent acquisition or candidate management
  • Exceptional communication skills within a diverse workforce
  • Strong Account Management ability
  • Resilience and determination
  • Excellent relationship management experience
  • A proven background on exceeding service level agreements
  • Effective time management, communication and influencing skills
  • Professional presentation skills
  • Friendly and personable
