Analyst - Institutional Client Group, State Street Global Advisors, Senior Associate
Who we are looking for

The role is positioned within SSGA's Institutional Client Group (ICG) The candidate will have a client service background from finance/investment management and a familiarity with SSGA's investment philosophy . Supporting our Institutional client base, preparation of presentations and management of the RFP process will be the key functions of this role.

What you will be responsible for

As Analyst - Institutional Client Group, Senior Associate you will
  • Work closely with the ICG team to best support their client prospecting and client relationship management needs.
  • Preparation of client and prospect presentations and other marketing materials
  • Responsible for the co-ordination of the end to end RFP process for clients and prospects which involves coordinating among our internal teams to assign, review and assess deliverables.
  • Build strong partnerships with key internal stakeholders such as Marketing, Operations, Portfolio Management, Compliance and Finance to support the delivery of a high level of service to our institutional client base.
  • Support the timely and accurate updating of client information on our CRM system.
  • Developing a good understanding of SSGA products.

Education & Preferred Qualifications
  • At least 1-3 years' experience in the financial services/investment management industry.
  • Relevant undergraduate degree

  • Able to prioritise and meet multiple deadlines under pressure.
  • Ability to build relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
