Analytics Manager, Wealth Analytics
Are you an Analytics Manager, passionate about technology, inspired by exploring and experimenting with the latest innovations, identifying cutting edge practices to improve analytics and capabilities? Do you enjoy developing people? Join our commercially focused Analytics team in Macquarie's Banking and Financial Services Group.

Our Banking and Financial Services Group comprises of our retail banking and financial services businesses, offering a diverse range of personal banking, wealth management and business banking products and services to retail customers, advisers, brokers and business clients.

Your focus will be on driving strategic projects e.g. predictive analytics solutions or statistical data analysis. You'll enable the team to consult with stakeholders, understand their requirements to help them to make better data-driven decisions, optimise the business, answer questions and solve complex challenges.

You'll take an innovative approach to tracking down complex data integration issues, evaluating different algorithmic approaches, and deploying solutions that solve problems.

To succeed in this role, you'll have at least 5 years' experience managing teams of technical specialists. You'll have a master's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, applied statistics or mathematics or a related quantitative discipline.

You are skilled in tools of the trade such as SQL, R, Python, Hadoop, Spark, or Tableau, etc. and eager to develop these further whilst adapting quickly to new technologies and techniques. You have some experience implementing supervised or unsupervised machine learning models to solve for classification, regression or clustering use cases.

You'll be comfortable in a fast-paced, agile environment and motivated by complex technical and business issues. You are mission motivated, with a talent for finding solutions that reduce team effort and streamline development and BAU operations.
