We offer

It's a Front Services role, for the Australian Private Banking business, and it's within the Front Services Management (FSM) team. The team is responsible for Investment Operations queries from the Private Banking Front Office and our clients. The role works closely with our Banking and Custodial relationships along with colleagues from the various functions across the bank to deliver the highest standard of internal customer service.

Job Profile:

Client Servicing

•You are to investigate and resolve client queries of an operational nature.

•You're to provide ongoing investment operations support to the Front Office.

Change Management

•You will promote an open environment for change and continuous operational improvement.

•You shall be part of a dynamic team that implements efficiencies while mitigating risk

 

You Offer:

•You have a University Degree preferably in the area of Banking, Finance or Economics.

•You possess at least 3 years of experience, in Financial Services and strong investment operations knowledge.

•You bring knowledge of banking and settlements, custody, corporate actions, pricing and client reporting related topics.

•You exhibit strong communication skills and interpersonal skills.

•You come with proven client service skills.
