As the Payments Change Manager at Commonwealth Bank you will ensure all change activity across complex and intricate technology programs are delivered to a consistent standard of quality. This role is directly involved in multiple critical payments platforms and payments infrastructure project delivery teams.
You will be passionate about creating, communicating and implementing change whilst ensuring change uplift is successful. You will be accountable for running a tight, transparent and quality change governance process which ensures engagement across PSU change and run teams.
You will adopt a continuous improvement approach to PSU change management by leveraging learnings from change implementation to improve the quality of change delivered by Payments. You will also work with stakeholders including delivery teams to ensure change processes support efficient delivery and service management teams are ready to support new capability being delivered.
Through collaborating with your colleagues and being accountable for your deliverables you will support one of Australia's largest payments functions. In addition to facilitating change you will also take some responsibility for innovation and driving change improvements.
This role will suit someone with previous experience in delivering change into production either through previous experience as a change manager, delivery or service management. Your team
This role sits as part of our Payments Services Utility. This team is responsible for the technology delivery and IT service management for all payments related platform infrastructure, both onshore and overseas. Our team aligns the individual needs of these business units with the Enterprise Services IT platform model.
This team owns the strategic technology roadmap for all institutional banking platforms. This involves delivering exceptional technology capability across a variety of in-house built, SaaS and PaaS solutions on scale. Your experience

- ITIL Foundations certificate
- Knowledge of Banking Industry and Products
- Previous experience in Service Management and Delivery
- Tertiary qualifications in IT, computer science, business or finance related discipline
