3 Client Case Administrators wanted for an immediate start Your new company
Your new company is globally known and provides comprehensive background and identity checking services for the global workforce. They are specifically looking for 3 new starters in the Client Case Management Team. This team currently holds 10 staff members all of which are full time remote working. Your new role
Your new role will see you liaising with Customers, Clients and Case Service Providers (CSP's)
Main duties include:
What you'll need to succeed
- Track cases and ensure timely movement of cases.
- Assisting the CSP's with case related queries
- Take ownership and follow up on problems raised by customers
- Other adhoc admin duties
To succeed in this role you will need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to prioritise workloads and have a high attention to detail. This is a customer facing role so you will be required to have some customer service skills and experience and also be confident in Administration and data entry.
