Digital Accessibility Analyst
How will I help?

You will be responsible for organising and arranging access and Inclusion training and other internal events for the group. This will include; sourcing and booking training rooms, composing and sending out meeting invites, confirming participant attendance, sending out training and meeting agendas and assisting the creation and distribution of feedback surveys once training is completed. You will work on small-to-medium projects related to inclusive communications via PDF, email and word documents. Another aspect of this role will be providing accessibility training and how end users use such technology such as screen reader training (JAWS, NVDA, Voiceover, talk back) to small-to-medium project teams or business units who require assistance in testing products, services or communications. You will also be responsible for the teams project dashboard tracking project requests that the team are across at any one time.

What do I need?

You will be a highly motivated, curious and organised graduate or student, with working knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft programs. You are willing to learn new technologies and have a open mind to diversity of thought and process. You will be passionate about the opportunities technology opens up, and will have exceptional written and verbal communication skills. You will also be comfortable communicating with a variety of stakeholders across the business, including stakeholders in senior positions / members of the leadership team.
