Executive Manager, Reporting and Editorial
How will I help?
As the Executive Manager, Operational Risk Reporting & Editorial you will
- Assist the Group Operational Risk and Group Insurance team to develop Board, Board Committee and Management Risk Committee papers, so that they have a clearly articulated purpose, a logical structure, engaging content and comply with requirements set by Secretariat and Group Risk Governance.
- Prepare and edit papers that are to be sponsored by the The General Manager, Operational Risk before they are provided to him for review.
- Establish timetables and communicate and enforce deadlines to ensure papers are reviewed and submitted to Group Risk Governnce and Secretariat on time.
- To work with the Head of Group Operational Risk and Group Insurance and CRO's office and Risk Capability to develop an integrated strategy to lift the overall quality of reporting to the Board and Board Committees in line with CGA recommendations (including embedding the use of standardised templates).

What do I need?
You will need to be a seasoned professional with at least 10 years' experience in a regulatory, risk, legal, or compliance related field within banking or broader financial services.
Your experience must include extensive senior stakeholder management. We are particularly interested in experience in tender writing, policy writing or legal correspondence.
