Our client is looking for a HR Manager to step in until the end of the year in the exciting Interior Design indstry. We are looking for someone who can start immediately and has got genral HR knowledge and experience with paroll duties.
You will be reporting straight to the CEO and youo will have support from an HR Advisor who is based in their Perth office.
Day to day duties:
- Strategic Resource Mangement
- Learning & Development
- Performance, remuneration and reward
- Employee & Industrial Relations
You will work closely with the CEO and the Leadershi Group to ensure both internal and external communication is run smoothly.
The Successful Applicant:
- A Degree in HR or related discipline
- At least 5 years' expeirence in a HR Generalist role
- Experience in Culture Change Programs is highly desireable as well as Leadership & Management expeirence
