HR Reporting and Systems Specialist
Your new company
Well known Sydney CBD based organisation with a large white and blue collar workforce, with a collaborative and close knit team, is seeking an HR Analyst and Reporting Specialist.

Your role
Newly created role working in a superb HR team and contributing to a best practice environment. Due to growth and restructuring this role is working as part of the HR Shared Service team and will be responsible for all areas of HR reporting and system work.

Key areas will include:

  • HR data analytics
  • HR reporting for many areas of the business
  • HRIS management and supporting in any upgrades or updates
  • HR system upgrades and HR process improvement HR data analysis
  • Presenting reports and presentations to wider business and leaders on a monthly or ad-hoc basis
  • Training on all HRIS matters for line managers and employees when needed
  • HR workflow management and approvals

What you'll need to success
This is a unique role within the HR team so required someone passionate about systems, HRIS and reporting. You will be an experienced HRIS analyst, HR reporting expert or HR analyst with advanced Excel ( Macros, pivot tables ) and reporting skills. You will have strong indepth experience of a large HRIS system e.g Workday or Successfactors. Other reporting tools such as Workday This is not an implementation role or an IT role but a role that sits within HR shared service and supports the HR Business Partners and wider company so you must be experience in working in a similar role and under the HR function and how it all works.
