Our client runs a large and complex payments landscape and is looking for a proven leader to head up thier IT Service & Operations team managing a team of 9.
The ideal profile will have strong payments knowledge, leadership experience, service management experience and risk management understanding.
Lead the Controls uplift – a strong knowledge of IT and cyber controls and the ability to form a Go to Green strategy for the uplift of control health across the Payments estate. Understanding of the role this plays in Payments Risk Profile and how this moves and shifts it. Understanding of controls testing and assurance.
Continuous Improvement – off the back of incidents, implement a culture of learning with clear processes and deep root cause analysis ceremonies to ensure we remediate thoroughly.
Project Management – leadership of a number of governance and change projects (not delivery projects but strategic projects).
Change Control – designing and implementing change control and governance across Payments to reduce post production incidents.
Leadership – build a team to support the above.
