Position Overview

Details of the Division and Team:

The Investment Bank provides integrated products and industry sector coverage. This includes mergers and acquisitions (M&A), including advisory; debt and equity issuance; and capital markets coverage of large and medium-sized corporations. Our regional and industry-focused teams ensure the delivery of our entire range of financial products and services to our clients.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Senior coverage of corporate clients, and origination of both domestic and cross border transactions including M&A, financing and hedging requirements.
  • Working collaboratively with global peers and internal partners from Capital Markets, Financing, Corporate Derivatives and Transaction banking.
  • Managing an internal team to deliver on marketing requirements including client presentations / pitches, and execution of transactions
  • Due diligence of clients and markets
  • Deal documentation and internal controls and approvals

Your Skills and Experience:
  • At least 9 years of relevant Corporate Finance experience
  • Relevant transaction experience and a history of strong productivity
  • Demonstrated effectiveness with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Highly motivated and self-driven with ability to multi task
  • Have strong quantitative skills including extensive experience with financial models and valuation techniques
  • Strong communication skills and able to articulate to senior client contacts
  • Collaborative and inclusive approach
