Product Manager, Product Effectiveness & Quality- Consumer Bank, Cards Portfolio and Delivery- 12 month secondment or maximum term
How will I help?
The Product Manager is responsible for helping successfully deliver on all regulatory and incident matters, including response, remediations and ensuring our End-to-End (E2E) requirements and product enhancement needs are met. What's in it for me?
You'll be responsible for the following; Regulatory & Remediation
Help deliver all thematic reviews, deep dives & regulatory responses Support the SPM on all interactions with various regulatory and consumer oversight bodies Help ensure successful delivery on all customer-related incidents and remediations Focus on outcomes, including meeting compliance dates and driving value from external partners where relevant. Self-starter and comfortable working as a part of a small team and a rapidly changing environment. Support in the seamless delivery of all the initiatives and projects on time, within budget delivering the business case benefits, where relevant including engagement and co-ordination of stakeholders from across the group including other Credit Card Product owners, Risk, Compliance, Transformation and Technology. Help manage customer experience, specifically changes relating to projects. Work closely with the other Credit Card Product teams to properly plan, provide visibility, training, etc. What do I need?
Minimum 3 years in the financial services industry, preferably in the credit card industry Strong product & business acumen Proven experience driving complex initiatives/projects in a matrix environment.
Westpac Knowledge (highly desirable) Understanding of organisational structure, roles and responsibilities between different teams.
High-level understanding of Westpac Group systems, processes and policies.
