My Client is a leading Financial Institution looking to bring on a Project Manager to support a number of strategic initiatives in their Contact Centre Optimisation Program.

The Program is part of a customer improvement Program, which aims to give the customers even better service across their interactions with the Customer service teams.

Skill set required:

  • Project Manager with 3-5 years minimum industry experience
  • Experience in Delivering in AGILE - Jira, scrum etc…
  • Operational experience from within the banking sector
  • Business and IT system experience
  • Vendor / Supplier Management
  • Customer Journey / CX project delivery
