About your team
CommSee Delivery in the Assisted Channels Platform are dedicated to building great software for our customer facing colleagues and we provide market-leading technology that enables them to improve the financial well-being of our customers and communities.

Lead the delivery of a project and associated organisational changes to achieve project objectives and business benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage projects to achieve the business objectives and benefits
  • Effectively manage relationships and communications with project stakeholders, including customers, delivery teams and sponsors
  • Structure project team for success incorporating required skills from within the Group
  • Communicate and report project activities, timelines, impacts and implications to project stakeholders and sponsors
  • Develop robust and achievable project plans to manage the delivery of project objectives
  • Balance schedule, cost and quality in reaching decisions relating to project delivery
  • Manage and report project expenditures and benefits realisation
  • Track and manage project activities and deliverables to achieve agreed outcomes and identify and develop mitigation strategies to manage project interdependencies
  • Manage relationships with vendors and third party suppliers
  • Application and demonstration of knowledge and understanding of the project's impact (on people, process and technology) within the Group
  • Support both business, organisational and technology change whilst managing stakeholder expectations
  • Evaluate effectiveness of project management tools, processes and methodologies, and make recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Identifying, monitoring and implementing controls to mitigate key risks on the project
  • Work collaboratively project teams across other business units making use of shared plans

Key Skills
  • Project Experience of 3 years +
  • Experience managing team sizes of 10 or more
  • Budget management of $1-$5 million
  • Cross Functional Management in a single Business Unit or Multiple Business Units
  • Knowledge and experience with industry recognised project management methodologies
  • Experience with agile delivery and agile delivery teams
  • Sound commercial acumen of Total Cost of Ownership drivers
  • Sound understanding of infrastructure and application architecture
  • Knowledge of or exposure to cloud services
  • Knowledge of or exposure to CICD, test automation, systems engineering
