Regional Sales Manager - Commercial Credit Risk & Analytics, ANZ

Primary Objective
Develop new business opportunities, support new and existing clients for the Commercial Credit Risk application AMBIT Optimist Credit Assessment.
Key Responsibilities
The Regional Sales Manager can be based in Melbourne / Sydney and report to the Capital Markets Sales Director. He/she will be responsible for sales in Australia & New Zealand.
Specific activities will include:

  • Formulating and agreeing a business plan for the region with the Sales Director
  • Generating new business sales revenue on a consistent basis against agreed targets.
  • Managing existing account relationships and growing revenues from those customers
  • Managing and monitoring the sales process for all prospects
  • Analysing targeted opportunities and leveraging existing corporate relationships, of all types, in the region
  • Working closely with the management of other FIS divisions to generate additional revenue opportunities
  • Identify local partnerships and requirements for operating successfully in the target markets
  • Maintain ongoing contact with key industry influences

Key Experience
  • Candidate should possess solid sales track record in the Financial Services selling Software Professional Services, and funded developments.
  • Experience working in commercial credit risk and loan origination, and broader credit approval process space highly regarded.
  • Broad based experience with a financial software solution vendor.
  • Experience working with Australian / New Zealand banks is preferred.
  • Excellent knowledge and experience in Australian & New Zealand market.
