Senior Business Analyst - Transformation Delivery

Based in Sydney CBD

How will I help?

As a Senior Business Analyst in the Transformation delivery team, you will be one of the people to provide insights into several cross channel initiatives designed to optimise how we manage a mix of our virtual and physical customer supporting environments. Your strong business background and technical aptitude, coupled with a continuous improvement mindset will set you apart in this varied role, with a range of opportunities for you to provide insight and analysis across a variety of risk metrics and operational capabilities. Your role will be varied, and present a range of opportunities for you to grow and develop. This is a fast-paced opportunity where you'll be able to work with stakeholders across the Group, building your own skills and knowledge while working on delivering a critical insights and support to the frontline in providing excellent service. You will have experience delivering in an Agile environment within a financial services organisation.

What do I need?

You will have experience working in a senior business analyst position previously, ideally within a financial services firm. You will also be Lean Six Sigma - Green belt certified or similar. Your understanding of technology and business systems on an operational and strategic level will be excellent, and you will have demonstrable coaching and mentoring skills. Experience in work force management, automated quality assessment or voice biometrics is advantageous
