Senior CRM Business Analyst - Salesforce

Our client is a global leader in the provision of integrated solutions for Medical & Healthcare solutions. We are currently looking for a Senior CRM Business Analyst to develop a deep understanding of the business requirements of internal stakeholders and end users and matching these with the appropriate CRM-based solution. The ultimate aim is to assist users in leveraging the value of the data captured by the CRM system to generate insights which enhance our understanding of our customers and drive engagement for the benefit of the business

Main Respoinsabillities:

General management of the CRM application
  • Work with the various internal stakeholders (predominantly Sales & Marketing) to ensure the CRM system meets business needs
  • Create and maintain CRM training resources and deliver CRM training to users
  • Monitor and report on user engagement/compliance with the CRM system to gauge user satisfaction and embedding of CRM in the business
  • Maintain the CRM user guidelines/policy and documentation in line with business requirements, compliance to global code of conduct and local privacy policy/regulations
  • Maintain the CRM functional design documentation

Work with the IT Applications Analyst, as required, to troubleshoot and resolve issues which arise with the CRM system

CRM Data management
  • Work pro-actively to keep the records within the CRM database accurate and updated, including the bulk re-assignment of records due to staff/territory changes
  • Work with the IT Applications Analysts to manage the specifications/parameters of the CRM system and data Integration points into and out of the system, including ad hoc data uploads

Manage the size of the CRM database via an appropriate archiving programme to manage old and redundant records


  • At least 3 years direct experience in the development, administration and maintenance of a Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • A good knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform, including demonstrable understanding of key platform principles and product capabilities
  • Experience in providing input to strategic initiatives and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure the CRM system meets business expectations
  • Working knowledge of reporting tools and other relevant programs that interact with the CRM e.g. Electronic Reporting Programs (SAP), business Intelligence platforms (COGNOS)

  • Familiarity with a typical sales process and associated business development planning
  • Background in Sales and/or Marketing
