Our Workforce Performance & Reward team specialise in providing strategic solutions, advice and services to our clients in a number of areas including:
  • Total reward strategy
  • Job architecture and design
  • Salesforce incentives and commissions plans
  • Fixed pay structure review and design
  • Gender pay equality
  • Performance and capability frameworks
  • Reward analytics and insights
  • Online total reward solutions
The team continues to grow from strength to strength and we are looking to add a Senior Manager to the team.



About the role

In addition to leading and working on projects similar to those listed the following will also be focused on:
  • Contributing to thought leadership - providing insight and subject matter expertise both internally and externally
  • Supporting and driving business development and sales initiatives
  • Building effective networks, client relationships and market profile
  • Coach and develop team members
You will bring to the role
  • A broad mix of technical knowledge suited to working in the Workforce Performance & Reward team
  • Previous experience of working in a consulting environment would be preferred but not essential
  • Sector experience within a large complex corporate or government
  • Strong client and industry focus and awareness
  • Innovative solutions and contemporary thinking around the changing nature of work
  • Ability to leverage technology to design or deliver solutions
