The Opportunity:
As our senior manager, administration services, you will be responsible to ensure the delivery of quality service to our internal/external customers across benefit payments, new business and contributions and alterations and claims. This role is a max term opportunity.

This role will see you drive continuous improvements in areas such as business practice and processes. You will partner with a wide range of stakeholders across AIA Australia.

To do this successfully you will:
  • Lead, manage and guide a team of 65 FTE across a range of 280 different products
  • Proactively manage the delivery of direct communication with customers
  • Plan and successfully implement change initiatives
  • Champion and lead process improvements across your team, applying all productivity principles and skills

Successful applications will demonstrate:
  • Demonstrated success in leading large teams and management of multiple stakeholders
  • Proven experience in the delivery of outcomes and driving a performance culture
  • Effective communication - both written and verbal
  • Previous leadership experience in the operational environment
