Senior Manager, Framework, Policy and Regulatory
How will I help?
As Senior Manager, you will support the Group's approach to operational risk, ensuring a leading practice operational risk framework and that policies are defined and implemented consistently across the Group in line with regulatory requirements and Board expectations. Reporting to the Executive Manager you will -
Support the Executive Manager Framework, Policy and Regulatory in managing Operational Risk Management Framework (ORMF) and associated suite of policies and guidance driving simplification and consistency in terms of language, content and approach.
Support the annual regulatory attestation process for APS 115 and CPS 220 for operational risk ensuring co-ordination of activities with Prudential Governance, Risk Governance and Group Audit.
Monitor compliance and application of the operational risk management framework, including conducting benchmarking assessments e.g. collaborate with the Operational Risk Leadership team to inform the requirements for the ORMF maturity assessment or equivalent
Work with the Group Operational Risk and Insurance leadership team to drive simplification and productivity across the ORMF while ensuring the needs of the business continue to be met in a growing dynamic environment (including aligning training, communications and JUNO enhancement activities).

What do I need?
We'd expect you to have proven experience ideally, within Banking, Financial or Professional Services . You'll have a relevant tertiary qualification (eg Bachelor or postgraduate studies. You'll have a growth mindset and a willingness to learn and demonstrate self confidence, intellectual curiosity, ability to adjust to change and resilience under pressure.
