One of Australia's largest technology companies are looking for multiple Service Desk Analysts in IT security to investigate and respond to incidents.This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast paced security centre environment to deliver comprehensive customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver IT security incident detection, analysis, investigation and response
  • Escalate security incidents in a timely manner and within SLA to appropriate resolver group
  • Respond to all security incidents via telephone calls, trouble tickets, emails or any other means
  • Respond to main phone lines and update all relevant documentation such as shift logs and tickets

Key Requirenments:

  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills
  • Commitment to deliver a top customer service experience
  • Prior experience in a Service Desk Operations environment
  • Higher school certificate (or equivalent)
