As part of the Australia & New Zealand Talent & Learning (T&L) team, this role is responsible for partnering with the business to develop talent and build capability among our workforce to support performance and enable progress. Working within the team's broader Organisational Development remit, the role engages specifically with our Talent, Learning, Diversity and Performance Culture priorities.
Crucial to the role is an ability to build strong partnerships with stakeholders and provide insight and solutions to ensure that current and future business needs are met. In addition to the ability to manage multiple projects, the successful a candidate will possess a strong appetite for continuous improvement, and a desire to contribute to the development of timely, relevant and creative learning and development solutions.
Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Consult with Business Leaders, HRGs, and Individuals to build and implement talent and capability development solutions
  • Provide insight and expertise in the areas of Talent, Learning, Diversity and Culture to relevant stakeholders within partnering businesses
  • Implement Talent Development frameworks with partnering businesses
  • Provide analysis, and recommend and design solutions to enable progress on key business culture initiatives and/or priorities 
  • Actively build Manager Capability across multiple layers using existing, and new development mechanisms
  • Connect employees across the organisation to appropriate learning solutions (local, regional and global offerings)
  • Facilitate Leadership and Manager Development programmes for employees
  • Be actively involved in the progress of Diversity priorities and resulting initiatives


Qualifications

To be successful in this position you must have the following skills and experience:
  • Organizational Development professional with minimum of 6-8 years' experience in Talent and Learning or OD function  (including experience in large organization settings)
  • Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business or other related discipline
  • Postgraduate and/or further study in the areas of Organizational Development and/or Adult Education/Learning 
  • Strong partnership and consulting skills at multiple organizational levels
  • Strong communication ability - written and verbal
  • Advanced facilitation and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical/data literacy skills - ability to use data and insights to drive discussions, decisions and outcomes
  • Ability to design, propose, implement and evaluate relevant business solutions
  • Preparedness to think about new approaches with a forward mindset
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives and activities and execute efficiently
  • Resiliency to work in a challenging and changing, high volume, fast paced environment
  • High level proficiency in Microsoft  Office (Powerpoint/Excel/Word)
