  • Checking economic feasibility and financial viability of PPP Infrastructure Projects.
  • Building and reviewing cash flow models in line with legal, tax and other project requirements.
  • Negotiating finance structures and contracts with banks, advisors and other third parties.
  • Participation in negotiations and compilation of loan documentation.
  • Preparation of financial calculations, business plans and risk analyses.
  • Support of the division management and operative units in all project-related financial matters.
  • Supporting the portfolio and asset management activities


  • Sound knowledge of project financing and related structures.
  • A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in bank / infrastructure funds / concession division of construction companies is required.
  • Successfully completed academic studies in economics.
  • Ability to perform under high (deadline driven) pressure, think independently and be highly motivated on the job.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English is a must and fluency in German is an advantage but not a requirement.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
