Mission

The IT Support Analyst will provide front-line primary technical support to end users on various technical issues and problems relating to hardware, software and peripherals. They will also be responsible for responding to, documenting and resolving service tickets in a timely manner according to SLA. The IT Support Analyst must have excellent problem solving skills in order to diagnose, evaluate and resolve complex problem situations, or when appropriate, escalate or route them to appropriate IT staff members.


 

Responsibilities

Directly reporting to the IT Helpdesk International Manager, the core tasks are the following:

  • logging and processing support calls
  • First and second-line support: remote and on-site support
  • Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
  • Incident analysis, first and second-line customer liaison with the purpose of maximisin the first call resolution rate
  • Access Management following SLA
  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, … and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades
  • Remote support for handheld smartphones and tablets, knowledge MDM
  • Asset Management and logistics task (move IT equipment, data network patching…

  • Approx. 3 years of experience as IT support
  • Technical background and knowledge of Powershell
  • ITIL certified (v3 Foundation)
