Hays Finance and Legal is currently looking for a Transaction Manager M&A in real estate. We manage the recruitment process of our client globally. You will be working at a large multinational active in the financial sector.

As a Transaction Manager M&A you are in charge of the entire property acquisition process and the management of all post acquisition issues. You are going to coordinate the process of acquisition/sales. Therefore, you will coordinate due diligence exercise with internal teams and the process with sellers/buyers. You are also going to coordinate internal coordination meetings, review the operational, legal and tax due diligence. You will evaluate the impact of due diligence outcome on pricing. You will also calculate the KPI for decision, as well as the purchase price. You prepare presentation for Direction Committee, keep track of transaction costs, identify cash flow movements at closing. And you will liaise with communication team in view of issuance of the press release. You are also in charge of developing and challenging business plan of acquisitions/mergers. As such, you will elaborate and review a business plan, as well as assess its impact. You are also going to perform financial due diligence on target companies. Therefore, you will review financial statements and identify adjustments when needed.

Moreover, you are going to participate in the integration of acquired assets within the various internal teams. That is why you will organize kick off meetings and information sessions. You will provide internal teams with the appropriate information and documentation, perform follow up on post-closing action. You will also keep track of off balance sheet engagements in relation to the transactions.

Profile

You have 10 years of working experience with good Corporate Finance/Legal/M&A knowledge. You are fluent in German and speak English. MS Office (Word and Excel) automation have no secret for you. Analytical and curious, you have good communication skills. Customer oriented, you are a pioneer.
