Market Intelligence Analyst

Function can be based in Brussels or London


As Market Intelligence Analyst at CANDRIAM, you will put your experience and asset management knowledge to use in:

• Market intelligence on client segments and in particular institutional end investors such as pension funds, insurance companies and non-profit organisation: sizing, addressability, regulation, investment trends,…

• Help to determine the main focus across all marketing axes: place/regions/countries/clients segments & product & price & promotion

• Production of both (i) regular market intelligence reports to senior management (AuM & Flows, Product Trends, …) (ii) ad hoc reports pertaining to specific markets, segments, products and players

• Assist on analysis to support product strategy and development proposals, competitive positioning and pricing

The function reports to the Head of Market Intelligence & Product Strategy and is preferably based in Brussels or London.

• Graduate in Business or Finance
• Experience (3-7 years) in asset management is required: either as research/intelligence analyst, sales or an oriented marketing role
• Significant knowledge of the asset management industry
• Fluent speaker & writer in English and French, other language is a plus.
• Knowledge of Morningstar. iMiM and Broadridge is a plus
• Mastering Office package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Knowledge of VBA is a plus
• Strong working and highly positive
• Synthetic and analytically minded, innovative with a demonstrable sense of initiative
• Able to present concisely and convincingly
