The Role:

Join our dynamic team as a Sales Executive, where you will play a crucial role in supporting our Business Development Director/Manager and senior management. Your primary responsibilities will include supporting the development of new opportunities, documents, and presentations.

What You'll Do: A Day in the Life of a Sales Executive

  • Client Focus: Articulate our unique value and selling propositions to our clients. Plan and manage client visits.
  • Pipeline Strategy: Develop a targeted client list to build, network, and deliver a memorable experience with every contact.
  • Write Winning Bids: Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to craft customized, compelling presentations that stand out.
  • Client Liaison: Be the primary point of communication for clients during the bidding process, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Research & Insights: Dive into client research, creating insightful information packs that inform our strategies and proposals (we have the right onboarding and template to guide you).
  • Team Coordination: Organize impactful team meetings and training sessions, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement within the unit.

  • A proven passion, a demeanor for success, and a willingness to provide proactive, high-level partnership with the Business Development Manager.
  • Autonomous and proactive in responsiveness, client experience, and building lasting relationships.
  • Client-focused with a collaborative team spirit.
  • Passion for working in a sales environment and exposure to a sales environment.
  • Reliable, proactive, and adaptable to changing demands.
