Your role...

  • Make clear analysis & be a strategic thinker in the ATM domain
  • Work in close collaboration with IT teams & IT architects
  • Define the priorities together with the Scrum Masters of the subsquads in line with the strategy of the Tribe as discussed with Product Owner
  • Enable the squads to better answer to customer needs. Customer experience should be key. Scope Challenge, Plan interviews with customers or stakeholders, research plan, explore problem, define key problem, validate key problem, idea generation, develop solution, validate riskiest assumption, conclusion from experiment, prepare pitch, demo
  • Be ready to act as full back-up of Product Owner
  • Create User Stories in SNOW
  • Backlog management
Your experience and background ...
  • Experience as business analyst
  • Experience in commercial roles in the Financial sector, preferably at ING.
  • Good knowledge of ATM's world.
  • Affinities with IT projects and IT context is an asset
  • Thorough knowledge of written and spoken English, and verbally bi-lingual Dutch/French
