Within our Business Unit Financial Advisory (FA) we are looking for an

'Administrative Assistant'

to help our support team with following administrative tasks :

  • Arrange travels;
  • Answer the phone and take messages; filter the calls;
  • Handle the incoming and outgoing e-mail, fax and other correspondence;
  • Review the lay-out of documents;
  • Organize, coordinate and prepare internal and external meetings;
  • Assist in the organization of internal/external events;
  • Maintain the contact database;
  • Filing
  • Be the first point of contact for ad hoc problems.
Your Profile


  • You have obtained a degree in office & administration or equivalent following your previous experience(s);
  • You have already gained some experience in an office environment or in an administrative function;
  • You are punctual, accurate and methodical;
  • You have excellent organizational skills and you like to work in team;
  • You have a good command of MS Office applications (experience in SAP and Sharepoint are a plus);
  • You have fluent communication skills and speak at least two of the three main languages used within Deloitte : Dutch, French and English
