Work you'll do
- You'll plan and coordinate test management activities for the IT development projects of our clients and provide test training for testers working on the project
- You'll coordinate the test execution, help set up test management tools and report on the test progress
- You'll advise clients on the best test approach and methodologies
- You'll coordinate test defect management activities
- You have at least 4 years of experience in test coordination and execution and you have more than 6 years of experience in testing. A plus: Experience in the life sciences, financial services or public sector; Experience with Agile environments; Experience with SAP, Salesforce or JDE; Experience with HPALM; Experience with test automation is a plus.
- You are ISTQB certified or have a good understanding of testing methodologies
- You are able to work on projects, write formal documents and work independently
- You are able to plan and execute a project to deliver a superior client experience. Next to that, you are able to build an in-depth knowledge of the client's business and stay up-to-date on industry activities, marketplace trends, innovation efforts, and leading practices
- You have good interpersonal skills
- You are willing to travel abroad
- You are fluent in English, Dutch or French
