Market Job Description

Wells Fargo Equipment Finance (WFEF) is a leasing/finance company offering financing to businesses for their equipment acquisitions. WFEF offers leasing and financing directly to businesses for their equipment acquisitions and/or develops programs with manufacturers and distributors to facilitate their equipment sales.

We are looking for someone who is eager to learn and has great organization and prioritizing skills. You are attentive to detail and can learn systems and processes easily. You enjoy coordination and process management to ensure a transaction flows smoothly through the various stakeholders and teams.

The Transaction Coordinator is responsible for:

  • Coordinate, document and initiate the Canadian registration lien process for a variety of commercial lease and loan documentation products and requests for equipment financing.
  • Manage transactions with external clients (dealers, customers, creditors) and internal clients (Account Managers and Territory Managers), to secure necessary transaction documentation, and the pre-audit review before the booking process.
  • Identify and implement viable solutions to ensure transactions are within Credit, Risk and Operational standards.
  • Ensure the perfection of a security interest in collateral and compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
  • May act as a liaison between the Commercial teams/Territory Managers and other Operations groups for follow-ups/assistance.


Market Skills and Certifications

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 2+ years' business experience
  • Detail-oriented with strong PC skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to multi-task and deliver superior customer service in a deadline driven, fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter with the ability to initiate resolution of problems with limited supervision
  • Team Player collaboration and attitude
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
Desired skills :
  • Bilingual in English and French (written / oral)
