Job Description

\u0022The IBOR Replacement - Valuations Manager will support the drive to change the TDS Valuation Framework. This includes the impact of index changes, index evolutions, and discontinuation of various IBOR indices. These change in valuations include both MTM and risk measurement changes.

The candidate is accountable for facilitating the end-to-end delivery across all business and technology aspects of a stream with a delivery operating model to maximize efficiency, effectiveness and scalability

\u2022 Accountable for Project delivery decisions (including assessment of multiple stakeholders) and aligning technology and business objectives into a shared delivery vision

\u2022 Ability to transform a high-level vision and complex concepts into solutions with detailed requirements and efficient execution design that can be executed through Rapid, TD Agile PDLC delivery approaches as appropriate

\u2022 Supports Project Delivery Lead (PDL) in managing a diverse range of stakeholders to meet program requirements and project objectives

\u2022 Providing timely and effective communication on project status, analyses and findings to PDL and various stakeholders

\u2022 Understand and manage cross-stream interdependencies

\u2022 Accountable for challenging stream estimates and supporting the team in removing any roadblocks during the estimation process, in alignment with the Estimation Framework

\u2022 Aligns with established project governance structures for effective delivery orchestration, meeting TD's governance control objectives

\u2022 Responsible for executing the stream across all domains to meet the stated success criteria and product(s) value realization, with explicit consideration to business process, change impacts and the transition from delivery to business as usual

\u2022 Establishes and manages stream resource plan, issues, risks and financial plans to support the roadmap.

\u2022 Anticipates issues, trends and the potential impact and timely resolution of impediments, while effectively managing the stream schedule (releases) and financials, and ensuring continuing review and prioritization

\u2022 Supports PDL to coordinate with the respective enterprise control partners (e.g., EPDE, Strategic Sourcing Group, Legal, TRMIS, OCDO. etc.) to appropriately select, engage and manage external service providers as required

\u2022 Builds and leads an effective and diverse business team to effectively deliver productivity, quality and innovation\u0022



\u2022 In depth familiarity with mark-to-market valuation and risk concepts obtained through previous experience in a capital markets function

\u2022 Ability to clearly communicate complex financial concepts and obtain clarifications as necessary when discussing requirements

\u2022 Demonstrated planning and implementation experience

\u2022 Ability to apply industry frameworks and technique

\u2022 Adaptive communication skills

\u2022 Ability to influence all parties while driving delivery forward

\u2022 Knowledge of project delivery methodologies (including PDLC and TD Agile scaling frameworks)

Specific Education Requirements:

\u2022 University degree or equivalent

\u2022 CFA or FRM designation an asset

\u2022 Master's Degree in related discipline an asset\u0022
