\u0022The mandate of the Enterprise Project Delivery Excellence (EPDE) is to make project management a core competency at TD, reduce delivery risk and improve efficiency and effectiveness of delivery by ensuring that core practices, capabilities and centres of excellence are in place across the Bank. Job Description

\u0022Reporting to the Senior Manager, Strategy, the individual will be responsible for leading and supporting various initiatives, including operational and project-based activities to support the Delivery, Strategy & Business Management Pillars.
Your Accountabilities Include:

\u2022 Lead the planning, curation of content and execution of the Large Program Practitioner Forum meetings; a community of practice for L11\u002B Program Delivery Leads and Program Managers across EPDE to share best practices, lessons learned and engage in networking opportunities.
\u2022 Lead the collection of content and consolidation of reporting to various levels within the Bank on a timely basis; this includes project status reporting, operational excellence metrics.
\u2022 Perform research and business analysis to develop insights and solutions related to strategic priorities.
\u2022 Lead planning and execution of projects to support strategic priorities.
\u2022 Provide communications and change management support on strategic priorities within the Delivery Pillar.
\u2022 Support the development of presentations / communications and coordinate relevant process / meetings / events that impact a broad area.
\u2022 Track and report on the status of the EPDE's Fiscal Objectives on a Quarterly basis.
\u2022 Support the analysis and tracking of potential projects that will require the EPDE Delivery team to lead through the Delivery / Delivery Services Intake Meeting.
\u2022 Provide advice and guidance to EPDE Delivery project teams as required regarding best practices in project delivery; Support the EPDE Program Delivery Executive Orientation sessions.
\u2022 Support Senior Manager in any ad-hoc / scheduled reporting requests from a Special Assistants perspective.
\u2022 Proactively identify and recommend improvements to existing processes, projects, events.
\u2022 Apply TDBG principles of project management life cycle methodologies, tools and best practices, ensuring that appropriate documentation, change and risk management practices are in place.\u0022

Requirements

\u0022\u2022 5 years of progressive project-related experience
\u2022 Comprehensive knowledge of the practices, procedures and principles of project management
\u2022 Team player with ability to influence and achieve results through effective negotiation, problem solving
\u2022 Excellent written and verbal communication skills
\u2022 Demonstrated ability to achieve targets while meeting a standard of excellence
\u2022 Sound analytical and problem-solving skills to identify risks and learn from experiences
\u2022 Ability to work independently and within a larger team
\u2022 Comfortable with ambiguity and ability to cope with rapid change
\u2022 Exceptional organizational and time management skills
\u2022 High Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products include PowerPoint, Visio and Project\u0022
